A washed process mix of caturra and bourbon varieties produced and harvested in March 2020 by a group of smallholders in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala.

El templo is a regional blend of coffees grown by smallholder producers, each of whom own farms around 3 hectares in size, in the renowned coffee growing region of Huehuetenango, Guatemala.

This coffee is super clean and fresh and makes for a soft and juicy espresso with notes of nectarine and plum balanced by a rich honey sweetness.
