A washed process mix of caturra and catuai varieties produced and harvested in March 2020 by Ivan Ovalle in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala.

Ivan Ovalle is dedicated to producing the highest quality coffees at his farm, Finca Palo Blanco, while protecting the environment from any adverse effects of coffee growing. As well as being certified organic, which means this coffee was produced without the use of any artificial fertilisers or pesticides, Palo Blanco uses an Ecopulper which minimises water use during pulping, and Ovalle has committed to reducing water usage further year on year. 

Palo Blanco is a beautifully well-balanced coffee that we could drink all day. Super clean and with a silky texture, we’re tasting dark chocolate with a soft orange acidity and dried fruit sweetness.
