Terms and Conditions
Welcome to blossomcoffee.co.uk. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order with Blossom Coffee Roasters, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Coffee
Coffee is a perishable product that is roasted to order. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns or cancellations once an order has been dispatched.
If there is an issue with your order, including incorrect items or a quality concern, please contact us at orders@blossomcoffee.co.uk and we will work to resolve the matter.
Hardware
If you are not satisfied with a hardware item purchased from us, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging unless they are faulty.
If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Refunds will be processed once returned goods have been received and inspected.
Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days.
UK Shipping
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail services. While most orders arrive within one working day after dispatch, delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us at orders@blossomcoffee.co.uk and we will investigate the issue.
Subscriptions
If you sign up for a coffee subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically each month on the same date as your original order.
Subscription orders are dispatched on the first Monday of each month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or by contacting us at orders@blossomcoffee.co.uk. Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles.
Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on our website are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
In the event that a product is incorrectly priced or unavailable after an order is placed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, branding and logos, is the property of Blossom Coffee Roasters unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blossom Coffee Roasters shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
