We came across Pedro’s coffee for the first time in 2021 through our Guatemala sourcing partners, Primavera. We loved how clean and transparent his coffee was and there was no doubt in our minds that this was a producer with whom we wanted to try and develop a long term relationship. Now in our sixth season of roasting Pedro’s coffee, we were fortunate enough to visit him for the first time in 2024 at his farm in the renowned coffee growing region of Huehuetenango, where we witnessed first hand the precision and skill which results consistently in some of the cleanest and most elegant coffees that we taste each year.
