Grace and Savour
Meet Our Partners

1. Tell us a little about Grace & Savour.
Grace & Savour is a celebration of what our land can provide. Overlooking the restored walled gardens of the Hampton Manor estate, the 28-seater restaurant with rooms, which opened in February 2022, was awarded a Michelin-star within its first year.
Our tasting menu—which changes as often as weekly, as nature dictates—is built on relationships. From the produce of local fruit farmers to small boat fishermen and women, every dish is a celebration of what the British Isles can produce in sensitive hands.
2. What is your most memorable coffee experience?
Anette is Norwegian so for her coffee is super important and, after six years in Oslo, David has become a coffee nerd himself. One of our favourite coffee memories together is drinking the Al Freddo at Tim Wendelboe in Oslo. It’s a beautiful, chilled coffee creation served in a martini glass and only comes on for the summer months. It was the sign of summer for us; green trees, warm bright nights and Al Freddo!
3. What does your morning coffee routine look like?
We have two kids so that first cup of coffee at 5.00am is our survival coffee 😉 but making good coffee is a part of our “day off” routine. Since we’re in hospitality our weekend is Sunday, Monday and Tuesday and when we’re both up we make a lovely pour over with our V60 with some good coffee beans. That is such an important part of feeling like it’s the weekend to us.
